Shipping Within the Lower 48 United States

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times range from 1-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-imprinted items ship within 5 business days of proof approval.

Shipping fees:

  • Orders up to $100.00: $9 minimum.

  • Orders over $100.01: 9.5% of the total order value (based on full retail value).

Shipping to Canada

  • Orders are generally shipped every Thursday and delivered to your door.

  • Shipping fees:

    • Orders up to $100.00: $25 minimum.

    • Orders $100.01 - $200.00: 25% of the total order value.

    • Orders over $200.01: 15% of the total order value.

Note: GST of 5% applies. Payment by credit card or check (in USD) only; no C.O.D.s.

International Shipping, Including HI, AK, & PR

  • We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with rates and carriers varying by destination.

  • Please indicate in the comments section if a specific shipping method is required.

  • Our sales staff will contact you to confirm shipping costs before sending your order.

  • Payment by credit card, check, or money order only; no C.O.D.s.

Express Shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day)

  • Orders received before noon (EST) may ship the same day.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Contact Us: Call 1-267-498-0071 to obtain a required return authorization code and detailed instructions.

Prepare Your Return:

  • For products returned due to change of mind, repackage the item in its original materials.

  • For damaged merchandise, retain the original packaging to assess liability.

 

Ship Your Item:

  • Use a traceable and insurable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until we receive it in its original condition.

  • Clearly write the return authorization code on the outside of the package.

Refunds & Credits

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund or credit if the item meets the return policy conditions.

  • For items returned due to damage, our team will provide specific guidance for replacement or reimbursement.
